No wonder this bank has a 2.2 rating. I turned up at the bank at 4:10pm and it was closed. What sort of trading hours are 9-4. This bank needs to get in the real retail world and trade later like every other retailer. Not impressed. Customer Service not good.

why does the Halifax close at 11.45 on a Saturday......the time should be 12.00......this is rubbish time keeping
