I had to drive around with my head out the window looking for another safe place to pull up. As an American I'm absolutely appalled that they are permitted to falsely advertise themselves as an "American" Car Wash, there wasn't a single Yank among them and the service and treatment was decidedly UN-American. If they treat their customers at all like they treat stranded motorists then pass them up, you'll be better off spending your money elsewhere.

Rude staff & rushy rushy, my vehicle constantly being hit with the pressure washer. Have to stand in cold weather waiting. Bit rough handed with the interior cleaning as I found a part dumped in the ashtray nothing drastic but won't go back.

Give them a pass... absolutely terrible people. During a very strong downpour my windshield wipers failed awaiting the light just in front of their wash. I pulled in to their carpark as it was the nearest safe place to stop. I was approached by the man in charge who asked if I wanted a car wash. When I told him no thanks, I only needed to stop until the rain had passed, he chased me off the premises. They had no queue or current customers and I wasn't blocking the entrance or exit.

Not impressed. The premises look high quality so took my car there one week day when I had time off. £12 for inside and out which is normal price but I would not go there again. No one else there, so no they were not busy, or in a rush but gave the quickest outside clean they could , didn't dry it well, and only flicked a cloth at the inside and didn't do the sills etc at all. No time at all taken and dust still present on dash like it hasn't been done I felt totally ripped off, in and out in 5 mins. Also they were smoking while cleaning, not a good impression.

Took my 4 x 4 in here for a full valet and was not overly impressed with the level of clean. So much so that I took it to an automated Sainsbury wash the following week to scrub off more of the dirt missed by the hand wash.
